Friday Freebie: Make Ginger Syrup

This fun project can be done with one or more students. The resulting ginger syrup is healthy and great for adding to hot water if a child has a stomach ache, headache or nausea. It is also a great warming tea for the winter (when syrup is added to hot water) and good for colds and flus. We also like to drizzle it over bread, granola, yogurt or fruit during our classroom snack time!

Note that for the video I used whatever pan I had available in the kitchen at the time I made the video. However, I do recommend using a stainless steel pot for this project.
