Students who enrolled after December 1, 2013 receive this book for free with their course. All previous students enrolled before December 1, 2013 receive only the e-book version for free. Audit and CEU students (discounted enrollment) do not receive physical texts with their classes. To order the print version use the order button here. Shipping is included in the price. This book is 350 pages so the cost is more than some of the smaller text books. Shipping does not decrease with multiple textbook orders as the publishing company charges shipping per book and not per shipment (so you can order Part One and Part Two on different days and still pay the same amount).
