Teachable Migration Request

Only use this form if you have Living Lessons Curriculum and are an old member who has not migrated yet or a new member who has waited at least 24-hours for their login.

I understand it will take 1 - 3 weeks for us to respond to this form(Required)
We have been migrating accounts to Teachable for two years. For this reason, there are very few ongoing requests so we only check these “Teachable Migrations” forms every 1-3 weeks. Most of the requests we receive are from members who do not have Teachable-related items. For this reason we have created this informational form to avoid mistaken requests. Please be sure to read this form carefully. There may be another form that suits your request better.
Teachable is a video hosting platform so it is only available for members who own an Earthschooling curriculum that contains many videos. This includes the Living Lessons, Teacher Support Package, French Lessons, and The High School Curriculum. If you did not pay for Living Lessons you cannot be upgraded for free to Living Lessons as the new portal is part of WaldorfSchoolOnline and not entirely managed by Earthschooling. Additionally, contracts with teachers, and lesson developments do not allow for free upgrades. At the very beginning of the program, when it was entirely managed by Earthschooling and in development, we did allow for a few complementary upgrades. These are no longer available. However, you can receive credit for your previous purchase if you want to upgrade using an upgrade credit. Contact us at CustomerService@TheBEarthInstitute.com for a code.
Do you qualify to submit the form?(Required)
If you are a new member please wait at least 24-hours before submitting a form. You should have received your access through the automatic system. However, staff members always send a second access letter within 24-hours after your order just in case anything went wrong.

Payment Portal/Checkout/Shopping Cart Help Form

I am having trouble with the checkout process. I cannot make a payment, create an account, or other payment issue.

Banks will often flag online purchases as "suspicious". It is usually easily remedied by asking the bank to release the funds.
I double-checked my entries(Required)
Occasionally I have accidentally used the wrong card to pay and was declined as well. Did you enter the correct card number, zip code, and 3-digit code? Is your card associated with another name or address?
I double-checked my bank/card balance(Required)
Always check the balance online. Last week I had a pending charge on my account for $400.00 which didn't drop off for one week so I thought I had room on my card and did not. So, it is always good to re-check the information entered for the card and the balance available stated online at the card holder location.
I tried PayPal or do not have a PayPal account(Required)
Using a PayPal balance can often resolve this issue as it avoids involving credit cards or banks, which all have various policies.

If the issue cannot be easily resolved from the user end, we are happy to send an invoice with your permission. Usually a direct invoice is approved by the bank immediately, if all other card details are correct.

Downloading Purchase Help

Did you purchase Earthschooling materials and can't find them or are you having trouble downloading? Please fill out this form. If your form arrives with any abusive language it will be deleted and you will not receive a reply.

Your welcome letter should provide navigation instructions to receive your materials. You WILL NOT go to your account page to download your materials. They are on the website.
All purchases are located on the website. You can navigate to your purchase using the member navigation at the top (after you log in). You WILL NOT find your materials on your account page.

Corrections or Updates Needed to Earthschooling PDF Materials

This form is what you will use if you want to submit edits to the written Earthschooling curriculum. You will need to include the grade, document name, and URL you found the document at for us to be able to edit the document. You will also need to include a page number. If your form arrives with any abusive language it will be deleted and you will not receive a reply.

We need the URL from which you open the document and NOT the URL that shows once the document is already opened or clicked on.
Please include very specific instructions such as "there is a spelling error" or "this is a repeat story from January" or "this is missing the end" or "this would sound better if it said..."

Because we need to first research the error and assign a staff members to address the error, our response time for this specific form is much longer than our usual 1-3 days. Suggested Edits or Errors Found in Earthschooling Videos

If you have any trouble with any of the videos on the Earthschooling website please let us know with this form. You will need to provide the grade, name of the video, URL where the video is located, and time stamp where you get the error (if time stamp is applicable). If your form arrives with any abusive language it will be deleted and you will not receive a reply.

We need the actual page where you open the video from - NOT the page the video opens to play on.
Include time stamp if needed. Say something like "video plays slowly" or "video will not open" or "in the math problem at 5min. there is an error"
