WE ARE ON CLASSWALLET AS The BEarth Institute
We work with all states! Since we are already on ClassWallet, most states will accept our invoices for reimbursement even if we are not listed in their marketplace. You will need to check with your state to make sure they will reimburse you if they are not listed below. The states listed below already have us on their marketplace or on their specific list of approved vendors. This means you can purchase our curriculum directly through them via their marketplace or by submitting a request.
There are three ways to purchase Earthschooling using state funds:
- Once you purchase on your state’s marketplace (if we are there), we fill the order and send it to you within one week.
- If we are not in your state’s marketplace, please submit a request to your state. It will take them up to a week to make an official request to us.
- If your request is rejected by your state, please fill out the form below so we can contact your state directly.
Each state has its own set of rules as to which programs it will fund. Some states only fund programs located in their state, while others are more expansive. The list below was updated on June 15, 2026. It represents the current list of states we are approved in and explains some of the states we have applied to but do not work with. If your state is not listed below, please fill out the request form, and we can apply to your state’s program. The rules and guidelines sometimes change yearly, so this is an ongoing process.
Most importantly, many states will accept new applications more quickly if the program is directly requested by the parent, family, teacher, or school that receives those funds. If we are not already part of your state program, please take a moment to write to your state program and request that they add or invite The BEarth Institute (DBA Earthschooling) at CustomerService@TheBEarthInstitute.com to their program.
Please Work With Our State Request Form
Please fill out this form if your state is not on the list of states we work with and you want us to apply to work with that state.
State-Specific Instructions
We are adding to this area as we gather additional data.
You can either buy directly from us on their website, request reimbursement from this state, or pay using ClassWallet. We have not provided links below because the states change the methods of reimbursement and links frequently. Usually, you can go to their funding website and search for us. If you cannot find us on their website, please contact us at: CustomerService@TheBEarthInstitute.com
Arizona
If you are not familiar with their process for ordering our curriculum, please contact them at: esaclasswallet@azed.gov
Arkansas Education Freedom Account Service Provider
Earthschooling curriculum can be purchased directly from their portal, or you can submit an invoice to them (similar to North Carolina instructions below). For more information, please contact them directly at: ade.efa@ade.arkansas.gov
TO SEND AN ARKANSAS INVOICE: Those guidelines are: The vendor’s name, the child’s name, the service received, a description of the item(s) being purchased, and a date or time of the service/purchase. You can request an invoice from us by sending an email to: CustomerService@TheBEarthInstitute.com
Florida
We have many members who purchase through the Florida Step Up program with us. At this time, we are not in their marketplace. However, they do accept our curriculum and will reimburse you for it after you purchase. You can usually get pre-approval for this from a program assistant. If waiting for a reimbursement is a hardship for your family, please contact us about payment plans. We have members who have paid using a payment plan and are still able to get reimbursed, so the money they are “waiting on” is not as much.
Missouri
We have been accepted into this program. If you do not see our name on the list, please let us know, as we are currently reading through the literature they sent us to see if there are additional steps to complete after acceptance.
New Hampshire
New Hampshire has stated that if you purchase books from a curriculum company, the company does not need to be on the approved vendor list in NH for reimbursements. The approved vendor list is only for teachers that have direct interaction with a child.
Earthschooling does not have direct interaction with students so you can order materials from us and receive reimbursements from New Hampshire under their rules. Earthschooling offers Curriculum Packages with teacher tutorial videos (no direct child interaction) and Living Lessons: pre-recorded, asynchorous video lessons (also, no direct interaction with a child).
New York
This has been requested by a parent. We have officially submitted our paperwork to this program on August 2, 2026, and are waiting for their response.
North Carolina
Here are the general steps an ESA+ family will need to follow to pay for an order:
- Search your company’s website to find curriculum products to purchase.
- Obtain a screenshot of the shopping cart on your website or get an invoice or purchase order from you, with the exact items and final price.
- In ClassWallet, direct payment to your company by uploading one of the documents in #2.
After the parent submits the payment request in ClassWallet, ESA+ staff will review the proposed purchase and payment. If approved, the funds will transfer directly to your company. Then, you will complete the order with the parent.
If an NC ESA+ family has any questions, they should reach out to esa@ncseaa.edu.
Utah Fits All

States That May Not Accept Our Program
These states have guidelines that prevent us from being accepted into their program. However, they may still accept requests and offer reimbursements. You would need to contact your program provider to file a request if you live in one of these states.
North Carolina ESA: They wrote to us and said, “Since we no longer enroll companies selling curricula products, grandfathered-in approved providers like the BEarth Institute will not appear on our website’s Provider Search page. Nonetheless, families can still use ESA+ funds to pay for allowable curricula from your company. They can find the BEarth Institute on our list of product providers on the ESA+ Curricula webpage. This applies only to families that have used your product before.”
Texas: They only offer funds for tutoring and support for education that children are already getting in school.
Iowa: They do not support online schools that are not state-run.
