This item is only available if you have already paid full price for an Earthschooling Living Lessons curriculum and have one current account on Teachable with those lessons. This item is not available for accounts at Earthschooling.com and is not available for non-members. The cost is per student and not per family. If you have more than one student who needs an additional login, you will need to pay for each student. This is a yearly fee for each student. If you need the service for a second year, you will need to pay for each year we maintain the additional account(s) for you.

This item is not necessary, so any requests are considered a family choice. The login Earthschooling already provides includes everything you need.

The account we gave you allows for multiple logins at the same time. Although we do monitor logins on each account by location (for example, if you have a login in Hawaii and we see another one from California on a regular basis, your account would be flagged), most members do log in from various locations around their home, local library, phone, tablet, and perhaps even an office.

Additional logins for students must follow the guidelines below:

Each student must have their own email
There is a limit of 3 logins per family. If you absolutely need more, please contact us at: CustomerService@TheBEarthInstitute.com
This email must be an “Alias” of the main account email. An email alias is a secondary email address that routes incoming messages directly to your main inbox without needing a separate account or password. If you do not know how to set up an alias account, you can do an Internet search for “How to set up an alias account with (your email server).”

Additional logins for tutors or spouses must follow the guidelines below:

In cases where parents live in the same home, we do not provide a second login, even on a paid basis.
In cases where the student resides in two different places and the second parent is requesting access, the second parent needs to provide us with a court order document stating that they have a right to access this information.
In the case of a tutor needing access, we need a written statement from the tutor describing the work they do with the student, how many days a week they work with the student, and a signed letter affirming that they will not use the curriculum for any of their other pupils.

If your request does not fit into the categories above, you may need to purchase a second account, as the guidelines above are based on the license you agreed to when you purchased the curriculum.

Because we offer lifetime access to all of our curricula and cannot predict how many requests each account will need for the following items, the following items are not included in the cost of your curriculum as they require us to pay teachers and/or staff members additional hourly fees for the creation or maintenance of these items:

Physical diplomas and transcripts
More than one account login
LIVE support via the Educators’ Forum
Email consulting
Zoom consulting
Personal consulting directly related to your student or a program you created outside of Earthschooling
Questions sent directly by email rather than through the forum’s established systems, comments section, or help page.
Usage at a school, homeschool pod, charter school, or other group (unless you purchased a school license here)

Second logins are only provided for high school students, tutors that may be helping your students, or a spouse on the same account. You are able to log into the same account from two different devices. You can also download materials to use on a second device. If you need a second account for a student that is not in high school you would need to make a second purchase for that item.
