What is this page?
This is a sample of what your NEW member pages will look like if:
- You purchased an individual planner block
- You purchased an individual subject block
- You are a full year member and you use your blocks by the month/by the block instead of downloading the entire year PDF*
*The entire year PDF does not include all the MP3s and videos so most members use these individual month/block pages.
What have we changed?
The most important change is that everything you need for each month/block is now ALL ON ONE PAGE!
We have retained the individual pages for music, teacher support, math practice, teacher essentials, and other extras because sometimes it is useful to see all of that content in one place. However, now, when you are using your month/block page you will no longer need to leave your page to access any additional content.
We have put all the repeated information and instructions in colored boxes so they do not break the flow of the page and are easy to skip if you want to go straight to your curriculum. Planner Blocks and Subject Blocks are now on the same page so anyone with a Planner Block can reference additional materials, and anyone with Subject Blocks can try out the planners. More concise instructions have been provided for all downloads. Bonus videos and content have been added in that previously were not available to Curriculum Package members. Related videos that were on the Teacher Support Page can now be found directly within the page so you don’t need to leave this one page to access your extra resources. Last, but not least, we have updated all the Planner Blocks so that your guide for the block, the cover page, and the planner are now all in one document. In addition, we have created a Table of Contents for all Planner Blocks so you can click on the item you want and be taken directly to it in the planner.

PLEASE REMEMBER: THIS IS A SAMPLE PAGE SO MOST LINKS HAVE BEEN DISABLED AND WILL SHOW AN ERROR.

If you purchased this content as an individual subject block or planner block, you will find that you have been given access to additional bonus materials below. This is because the individual block you purchased is part of a full grade, and we want your experience to remain consistent when you upgrade to the full year. As an individual block member, you will need to upgrade if you want to: download the entire year as one PDF, see the guides for each grade, view the teacher support videos, access the cultural enrichment pages, and join the member support forum.

Bonus Content for First Grade Math
One of the most common ways to practice first-grade math in Waldorf education is through hands-on experience. The videos below show you how to bring beeswax into the classroom (to shape the numbers) and how to teach your student(s) to finger knit, which involves counting and other mathematical processes.
The videos listed below are not Living Lesson videos. They are teacher support videos intended to assist you with this block. If you would like additional assistance for this class you can upgrade to the Living Lessons version of this block.

You can see a free sample of her video on how to teach the four processes HERE. The videos listed below are not Living Lesson videos. They are teacher support videos intended to assist you with this block. If you would like additional assistance for this class you can upgrade to the Living Lessons version of this block.

Subject Block Option
The items below contain the same content as the Planner Block above, presented in a different format. If you prefer the format below, you can use the content below INSTEAD OF the Planner Block.
First Grade Subject Blocks
The content below is our original Subject Block without planner formatting or updates. Because these are our original legacy blocks, they may contain occasional spelling, formatting, or grammatical errors. Our priority has been to move everyone to the Planner Blocks, so we have prioritized updates on those. However, many members have asked us to retain the Subject Blocks as a resource for them, as they have been used and loved by members for over thirty years. Please understand that these blocks are being offered as a courtesy during the update period. We prefer that everyone switch to the Planner Blocks, which contain the same content in an updated format with additional images and edits.
Subject Block: Math: Main Lesson this Month
If you purchased this item as a Subject Block, and not as a Planner Block or full curriculum member you have the option of starting your block by using the Planner Block above. However, to complete your full Subject Block you would need to use the Subject Block lessons below. If you are a full curriculum member you will find much of the information below has already been integrated into your future Planner Blocks.
