Connect with Nature
One of my areas of focus is nature. Through years of writing articles on the topic, researching and helping students and clients I have found that there are literally hundreds of benefits of being out in nature.
It is impossible to list them all so I will list just eleven.
I don’t know about you – but I could use all eleven of these: Improved short-term memory, restored mental energy, stress relief, reduces inflammation, better vision, improved concentration, sharper thinking and creativity, possible anti-cancer effects, immune system boost, improved mental health, reduced risk of early death.
