Feel Better in Three Days
Three days is all it takes to change your life and start feeling different.
Choose something new and healthy to do during your three days. Drink herbal tea every day, refrain from sugar, take a walk, stretch twice a day, create art for three days…it doesn’t matter what you choose. What matters is that it is something you need, it is healthy, and you do it for three days.
I can do almost anything for three days. Right?
And every time I do it I end up feeling transformed. So anytime you feel sluggish, imbalanced or “in a rut” try a “three day transformation” and then continue beyond the three days if you can.
Do you know what mine was this week? I was feeling emotionally and physically weighed down by my home so I committed to spending a half hour each day cleaning out the garage.
Three days later I feel lighter and free already!
