Find Out What is Overwhelming You
I’ve noticed over the years that when I feel overwhelmed it’s usually just one thing that is making me feel that way and not “all the things.”
If I can figure out what that one thing is and get it done I feel at peace.
The same thing can happen with our bodies. There are usually a few things you can do to make yourself feel instantly better.
Try out some things and see what works.
Healing doesn’t have to be a goal in the future – it can start today if you make the right choices.
How about giving up sugar for the day?
How about giving up milk or wheat for a week?
How about committing to sleeping 8 hours a night for at least five days?
