How Do You Know if You Are Healthy?
So you think you are healthy? Me too.
If I don’t write things down I view myself as leading a healthy lifestyle. Surely I drink enough water, get enough sleep and eat organic and healthy foods – right? But reality hits if I start to feel unwell. It is so inconvenient to feel sick or not feel at the “top of my game” but I also appreciate the message my body is sending me.
So I start to write things down again for a few weeks and I find that perhaps I’m not doing everything I thought I was doing – and oh my!
How did those 6 pieces of cake sneak into this week?
Writing things down in some way is one of the best ways to get a realistic view of our habits and take more control over the choices we make.
