How to See the Progress You Are Making
When you are working hard to achieve balance, well being and better health in your life take time to notice the small changes and small things like the beads of water on these leaves. Healing can sometimes take a long time.
My daughter broke her ankle last year and I remember it took so many weeks to heal it seemed like it took forever. During that time it is easy to lose confidence or become frustrated.
Noticing the little improvements can help.
Are you sleeping just a little bit better? Do you have an extra hour of energy? Has your mood improved on a scale of 1-10? Perhaps there is something small you missed.
Before you start your journey (or now if you have not done this yet) write down every small and large complaint you have in great detail.
If you are doing it later try to remember back.
This will make it easier to track the small improvements that happen along the way.
