Did you know there are thousands of benefits of “color therapy” and all you need to do is look at, wear, or have the color around you to take advantage of those benefits?
Red can give you courage and can help your liver, orange is uplifting, gives confidence, and releases muscle spasms. Yellow helps with mental alertness and can aid digestion. Green can trigger emotional calm and speed the healing of injuries. Blue can offer a sense of contentment and smooth nerves. Purple can restore balance and help relieve pain.
This is just a sample of how colors can influence your mental and physical well-being. So enjoy the gardens this summer and wear all the colors in your closet.
