For an introduction to my “Tuesday Tips and Thursday Thoughts” series please see the article “An Invitation to Embrace Your Journey and Follow Mine.”
These short thoughts/tips are meant to be a brief and efficient way to offer a quick touch of inspiration for the day.
Working “Smart” to Reduce Stress
Be more efficient and save your energy by “working smart.”
I always try to make sure any task I do counts for more than one thing.
When I chop vegetables I make sure I take a few extra moments to chop extras (I only use plastic if they will be used within a couple days) to use over the next few days as well.
When I give a talk to a class or organization I always film it so I can use it later.
When I create social media posts for the non-profit I volunteer with I make sure the images can be used in a variety of places.
Once you start thinking this way it becomes second nature and you will find yourself getting a lot more done.
