You Can Make Any Recipe Gluten Free or Vegan
Last week I made “Pineapple Upside-down Gluten-Free Pancakes with Vegan Butter Rum Sauce” and I didn’t use a special recipe at all. You can make ANY recipe you see – even if you have allergies and food sensitivities.
Don’t feel restricted to “gluten-free” cookbooks, “vegan recipes” or other specialty cookbooks. You can make a list of substitutions that work for you and make any recipe.
I recently saw this amazing recipe at: https://www.google.com/amp/s/tasty.co/recipe/pineapple-upside-down-pancakes that included wheat, milk, butter and brown sugar.
All I did was substitute my favorite gluten-free flour mix, almond milk, vegan butter, and raw dried cane sugar. I also added a little extra vegan butter. As you can see they turned out amazing!
They tasted as good as they looked.
