Wondering which level your child is in math or which aspects of math they still need to practice? You can use these worksheets in order to help you make a decision.
Evaluation Instructions
To use this page for evaluation choose a level that is one lower than you think your student is at and give them that worksheet. If they are fluent and quick in completing the work you can move them to the next set. If they still need work there are ten worksheets you can access from each link to provide them with additional practice. Don’t worry about having them do worksheets way below their level. Even adults need practice with the first grade problems if they don’t use math daily. Math is something that needs constant practice.
Where Can I Find Additional Practice, Review or “Catch Up” Resources?
The page below is intended to help you evaluate your student and place them in the correct math class, or to provide practice to a student who needs to review and “catch up.” This page is intended to be used for evaluation and practice and not for instruction. If your student needs additional instruction to catch-up to the year they are enrolled in, or if they want to work ahead in math you can use the following resources. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE OR SEE THE ITALICS AT THE END OF EACH GRADE SECTION FOR MORE SPECIFIC SUGGESTIONS.**

These are all different worksheets. So the worksheet we are linking you to is just one. However, you have ten more worksheets you can link to from that same page. They all contain answer keys.

Hands-on Platonic Solids Printables: This workbook contains many printables you can use to create platonic solids for your classroom out of paper if you don’t have them in wood or other form. This is a great little workbook and the shapes you create can be cut from watercolor paintings to make them even more connected to your child (instead of using the printouts directly). This workbook encourages some highly recommended hands-on exploration of the platonic solids!
Platonic Solids: Worksheet #1 (A bit dry but great to use as a teacher guide for practice problems for the board and main lesson book each day during 10-minute practice sessions. Covers all the basics. Use in parts and not all at once).
